The Hexham Community Partnership’s Vision Statement for the town is:
“Hexham will be an increasingly vibrant, enterprising and adaptable market town”
The Hexham Community Partnership aims to be a financially independent organisation realising the vision statement for the town through the development of the Hexham Investment and Business Plan.
The objectives of the Partnership are as follows:
The promotion for the public benefit of regeneration in the town of Hexham and its environs by:
• The promotion and organisation of co-operation in the achievement of economic, physical and social regeneration by bringing together representatives from the public, private and voluntary sectors
• The facilitation of provision of transport services or improvements to the transport infrastructure for greater public benefit
• The provision, maintenance or improvement of public and recreational amenities and sites of historical or architectural importance
• The promotion and support of economic and employment opportunities as a means of improving the vitality of the town and surrounding area
Other charitable events deemed to be of a regenerative nature and of benefit to the community of Hexham and the surrounding area.
